Senior Designer

About the role

Our Madrid Design team is seeking a Senior Designer to support our growth through 2026. You will design inspiring workplaces, collaborate closely with the sales team on RFPs, and influence client decisions to create standout commercial office interiors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design projects of varying scale, from large to small.
• Partner closely with clients, providing design support as needed.
• Collaborate with the Head of Design and studio team to apply our methodology throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate with clients, designers, consultants, pre‑construction and delivery teams to ensure the final space reflects the client’s vision.
• Manage all design deliverables, including technical and interior drawings, finish boards, and full documentation sets.
• Create and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to win new work.
• Contribute to cross‑functional teams wherever needed.
• Implement design best practices, processes, and technology solutions within the studio.
• Identify and report risks to the Design Principal or health & safety teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading workplace or interior design projects.
• Strong client‑facing and communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, pre‑construction, and delivery teams.
• Experience preparing RFPs, pitches, and detailed design documentation.
• Passion for creating environments that boost productivity and well‑being.
