Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager – Consulting

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our Consulting team in Valencia. You will support and lead digital transformation projects for Volkswagen Group partners, applying project‑management methods and delivering technology‑enabled business change.

Key responsibilities

• Support consulting projects from conception to implementation for digital transformation initiatives.
• Apply project‑management methodologies to ensure successful delivery.
• Structure content and solve problems creatively and independently.
• Facilitate and moderate meetings across hierarchical levels and diverse company cultures.
• Work on parallel topics, including customer projects, internal initiatives and business‑development support.

Required profile

• University degree in management, economics, engineering or a quantitative field; Master’s in Business Management is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project‑management consulting with a focus on digital transformation.
• Proven track record leading IT and technology‑enabled business change projects.
• Experience managing digital transformation programs and bridging business needs with technology solutions.
• Background in delivering IT and digital transformation projects in complex environments, preferably in consulting firms.
• Experience in structure and process analysis for transformation projects (automotive industry is a plus).
• Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset and excellent communication skills, including presentations to senior client management.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe and the Americas.
