Senior Executive Assistant & Leadership Support (AI-enabled)

About the role

Roche Diagnostics Spain is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to serve as the operational engine for its leadership team. The role blends high‑level administrative management with innovative process optimisation, leveraging artificial intelligence to streamline repetitive tasks while ensuring strict regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate complex agendas, travel arrangements, and key events for leadership and commercial teams.
• Facilitate interaction between leaders and strategic external/internal partners to drive commercial success and cross‑functional projects.
• Provide direct support to key account teams, including client briefings, CRM data management, and follow‑up on executive actions.
• Identify repetitive tasks and design automation solutions using AI agents such as generative models.
• Act as liaison to guarantee that all administrative processes comply with internal Finance, HR, and Business Integrity policies.
• Collaborate with other assistants to ensure service continuity and balanced workload across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executive assistance or senior administrative support.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.
• Interest and aptitude for applying AI‑driven automation to business processes.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strict compliance with internal policies.
