Senior Finance Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Controller to lead the finance function of our media agency. The role combines client financial management, accounting, reporting and team leadership to ensure compliance with IFRS, local standards and group objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client contracts, recognize revenue according to corporate policies and coordinate with international clients.
• Oversee accounting processes, implement IFRS and local GAAP, and handle expense recognition.
• Prepare monthly closing reports, annual budgets, periodic forecasts and variance analyses.
• Lead the finance department, liaise with group departments, shared service centres and support the CEO/COO.
• Coordinate internal, external and client audits and ensure adherence to corporate policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of financial management experience, preferably in a media agency.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Proven experience in revenue recognition, budgeting, forecasting and client finance management.
• Excellent analytical, leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience working with international clients and cross‑functional teams.
