Senior HR Generalist

About the role

Humaneva is building a modern, data‑driven commercial organization and seeks a Senior HR Generalist to support its growing workforce. You will act as the primary HR partner, handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination and compliance across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews and assess candidates.
• Facilitate onboarding, prepare contracts, conduct new‑hire orientations and ensure HRIS data accuracy.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries on policies, procedures and HR matters.
• Administer HR programs such as performance reviews, employee development initiatives and engagement surveys.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
• Provide advisory support on absences, health issues, grievances, conduct, capability and organizational change.
• Coordinate training and development programs to upskill staff.
• Collaborate with the payroll provider, act as backup for payroll processing and manage related employee file updates.
• Support cross‑functional HR projects and stay current on employment law to mitigate risk.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices and regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using HR information systems (HRIS).
