Senior iOS Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to join our product team at Adevinta Motor, the leader of the online automotive marketplace in Spain. You will work in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment, building and improving mobile applications that serve thousands of users daily.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain new features using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
• Implement clean, scalable solutions following Clean Architecture, MVVM, and SOLID principles.
• Write testable code, conduct code reviews, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy applications to the App Store and monitor release metrics.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Participate in the iOS community, defining best practices and shaping the technical roadmap.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Swift and the iOS ecosystem.
• Deep knowledge of UIKit, SwiftUI, and core CocoaTouch APIs.
• Proficiency with dependency managers such as CocoaPods or Swift Package Manager.
• Familiarity with architectural patterns like MVP, MVCS, VIPER, and Clean Architecture.
• Experience writing unit and UI tests and deploying apps to the App Store.
• Fluent in business Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
