Senior Kotlin Engineer – Gaming Loyalty Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep Kotlin expertise to help build a groundbreaking loyalty platform for mobile gamers. You will join a fast‑growing startup‑style team and shape the core of a consumer‑facing app used by tens of thousands of daily active users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross‑platform mobile features using Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Build and improve product functionality with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Contribute to a rapid‑iteration environment, delivering high impact in a startup‑like setting.
• Ensure code quality through clean‑code principles, testing practices, and solid architecture.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years hands‑on with Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools, especially Claude Code.
• High ownership, collaborative communication, and fluent English.
• Startup experience is a strong plus.
