Senior Lifecycle Specialist

About the role

Fever is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Specialist to own the activation of customer data and design end‑to‑end CRM strategies across email, push notifications and in‑app messages. You will help turn first‑time users into lifelong fans while driving revenue and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel CRM communication plans, focusing on email, push and in‑app messaging.
• Continuously refine campaigns, create retention strategies and ensure all activities are insight‑driven and measurable.
• Support the CRM Manager in defining the customer lifecycle, contact strategies and key client segments.
• Own weekly/monthly reporting and conduct ad‑hoc deep‑dive analyses.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM within mobile/web environments.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other ESPs such as Mailchimp or Sendgrid.
• Strong copywriting, HTML skills and experience with A/B testing and dynamic templates.
• Data‑driven, analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage a high‑pace workload.
