Senior Manager – Corporate Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead corporate strategy and business transformation within the insurance or financial services sector in Madrid. The role partners with senior leadership to shape long‑term strategy, drive change, and deliver high‑impact programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategy and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead strategic planning and optimization initiatives, assessing value, risks and outcomes.
• Drive organizational change, improve operating models and business processes.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to align transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to support innovation.
• Define and monitor value‑realisation metrics for transformation programmes.
• Promote customer‑centric solutions and support the development of MVPs and value propositions.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in strategy consulting, insurance or financial services.
• Strong expertise in business strategy, transformation and change management.
• Good understanding of insurance processes, industry trends and regulations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical abilities.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation and digital initiatives is preferred.
