Senior Manager, Creative (Shopper) – Spain

About the role

The Senior Manager, Creative (Shopper) for Spain will lead the development, localisation and execution of shopper‑focused content and in‑store activation assets that bring Coca‑Cola brands to life across retail and away‑from‑home channels. This hands‑on role sits within the Spain IMX team and works closely with brand, commercial, shopper, RGM, bottler partners and external agencies to deliver creative that converts demand into purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Develop shopper‑centric creative ideas and activation concepts that translate brand strategy into retail execution across multiple channels.
• Adapt global creative assets into locally relevant POS, retail media, shelf strips, gondola ends, wobblers, display units and digital commerce assets.
• Collaborate with bottlers to localise central shopper material using Coca‑Cola tech tools such as ShopX.
• Partner with brand, commercial, RGM and insights teams to ensure creative assets align with IMX and Total Connections plans.
• Scale and deploy best‑in‑class shopper toolkits and ensure consistency with brand integrity while respecting retailer guidelines.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in shopper marketing, creative development or related fields.
• Strong understanding of shopper communication principles, retail channel dynamics and bottler relationships.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage end‑to‑end creative production without central support.
• Proven track record of delivering insight‑driven assets that drive conversion and visibility.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Coca‑Cola’s ShopX platform for localising shopper assets.
