Senior Patient Safety Partner

About the role

Roche is seeking a Senior Patient Safety Partner to act as the guardian of the local pharmacovigilance (PV) system in Spain. The role ensures compliance with Roche global standards and Spanish regulatory requirements while driving the execution of International Patient Safety (IPS) strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with global and local teams to monitor safety profiles of Roche products and manage associated risks.
• Oversee critical PV activities such as individual case safety reports, Pharmacovigilance Agreements, risk management, safety communication, and PV‑related study programs.
• Identify, analyse and share safety insights across disease areas, integrating them into affiliate and global strategies.
• Implement global safety solutions locally and lead product safety launch‑readiness activities.
• Support country‑level risk‑management strategies and ensure compliant communication (e.g., DHPCs) to healthcare professionals and external partners.
• Foster cross‑functional and cross‑country collaboration, representing affiliate safety interests in IPS forums.
• Influence local PV regulations by collaborating with industry associations and health authorities.

Required profile

• Pharmacovigilance professional with experience in PV systems and regulatory compliance.
