Senior Process Management Consultant

About the role

Volkswagen Group Services is seeking a Senior Process Management Consultant to join its Consulting team in Valencia, Spain. You will support new and existing projects across the Volkswagen Group, providing expert guidance on process design, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sub‑project management tasks within process‑management consulting engagements.
• Advise specialist departments and senior management on process improvements.
• Analyze complex business processes, identify weaknesses, and design optimized solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, present findings to customers and governance boards.
• Model processes using tools such as ARIS or Signavio.
• Contribute to the development of in‑house consulting strategies and service offerings.
• Network across the Volkswagen Group to promote process‑management best practices.
• Support business development and acquisition of new projects.

Required profile

• University degree in business, engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience in process management, including capture, visualization, and analysis of processes.
• Proven consulting background with responsibility for leading sub‑projects.
• Strong analytical mindset and solution‑oriented working style.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation abilities.
