About the role

As a Senior Product Manager – Growth at Preply, you will own the full product lifecycle for a key area of the platform, driving both user value and business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery to continuous improvement, ensuring each phase delivers value.
• Define and evolve product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to ship high‑impact, user‑centered features.
• Prioritize initiatives, make trade‑offs, and focus on high‑leverage opportunities.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions, run experiments, and conduct user research.
• Define, track, and communicate product success metrics to guide iteration and celebrate wins.
• Act as internal champion for the product area, building deep subject‑matter expertise.

Required profile

• Experience in senior product management roles within rapid‑growth or evolving environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with data and metrics.
• Hands‑on, collaborative approach with strategic thinking across the product lifecycle.
• Empathy for customers and deep user understanding to shape product direction.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
