Senior Product Manager - Mobility

About the role

Cabify is looking for a Senior Product Manager in its Product Management team in Madrid. The team defines the vision and roadmap for the products that connect millions of users, drivers and businesses, combining research, data and cross-functional collaboration. As Senior Product Manager you will define and execute the product strategy for one or more key domains, leading complex initiatives from ideation through launch.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy for one or more key domains and turn it into a clear, ambitious roadmap with measurable objectives.
• Identify market opportunities and user needs through data analysis, qualitative research and product sense.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and design to launch and post-launch iteration, working with engineering, design, data and operations teams.
• Mentor other Product Managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Influence and align internal and external stakeholders and communicate the product vision clearly.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven experience in Product Management, Product Analytics or equivalent roles, leading high-impact products.
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute complex product strategies, prioritise based on data and deliver measurable results.
• User-centred approach and strong product sense.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset, making decisions based on metrics and outcomes.
• A degree in Economics, Engineering or a related field is a plus.
