Senior Product Software Engineer

About the role

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior Product Software Engineer to join its global technology team. Working full‑time as a full‑stack developer in a hybrid model, you will design, build, and evolve scalable cloud‑native solutions that power critical professional software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain end‑to‑end full‑stack applications using modern backend and frontend technologies.
• Build and evolve RESTful APIs and microservices with .NET (Framework, Core, ASP.NET Web API) applying OOP, SOLID, DDD and clean‑code principles.
• Create rich web interfaces with Angular, ensuring performance and usability.
• Implement asynchronous workflows using RabbitMQ, MassTransit and Azure Service Bus.
• Manage data storage and caching with SQL databases and Redis.
• Write unit and integration tests and contribute to testing frameworks.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps with YAML, Git, and automate builds, tests and deployments.
• Deploy and operate containerised applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor applications using APM tools such as Datadog or Grafana and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with product, QA and engineering teams and act as a technical reference for peers.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience as a full‑stack developer in a cloud‑based, microservices environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude toward technical excellence.
