Senior Project Manager

About the role

TFS HealthScience is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross‑functional clinical projects for a global pharmaceutical or biotechnology sponsor. You will act as the central coordination point, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while maintaining high quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of clinical projects, managing timelines, scope and financial performance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Clinical, Data Management, Regulatory and others.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, escalating issues when necessary.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations and status reports.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support business development activities such as proposal preparation and bid defenses.
• Mentor junior Project Managers as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in clinical research or a CRO environment.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations (e.g., ICH‑GCP).
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage budgets.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
