Senior Project Manager

About the role

Element Logic, a leading warehouse automation company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of complex automation projects in Spain. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, engineers and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to contract specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects from sales hand‑over to final delivery and hand‑over to Customer Success.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments and resource allocations.
• Lead internal and customer kick‑off meetings and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate customers, suppliers, subcontractors and cross‑functional teams, including executive‑level steering committees.
• Monitor scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks and contractual obligations, escalating issues when needed.
• Manage commercial discussions, financial control, purchase orders, invoice proposals and approvals in the ERP system.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and oversee project close‑out activities, including financial reviews and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Seasoned project professional with extensive experience delivering complex customer projects in technical or industrial environments.
• Proven ability to lead high‑value, business‑critical projects and build trusted customer relationships.
• Comfortable working in an international, multi‑disciplinary environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for project administration.
• Project management methodology and tools.
