Senior Project Manager – Logistics & Production

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager in Logistics & Production, you will lead high‑impact operational projects that improve efficiency, scalability and cost‑effectiveness across our transportation, storage and vehicle production activities. You will work closely with local teams and headquarters to identify bottlenecks, drive automation and support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and coordinate operational projects across Logistics and Production, ensuring timely execution and follow‑up.
• Track performance through KPIs, analyse data and propose improvement initiatives.
• Support the growth and optimisation of the in‑house transportation network.
• Lead efficiency programmes covering transportation, storage and vehicle production.
• Coordinate capacity planning and storage management to align with business expansion.
• Prepare regular reports and present updates to local management and HQ stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison between Logistics, Production and HQ teams, aligning priorities and driving results.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in project management, operations, strategy consulting or fast‑paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, hands‑on mindset with ownership‑driven attitude.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher).

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
• SQL
