About the role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects based in Madrid. The role involves steering projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they meet scope, schedule and quality expectations while collaborating with an international team.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and monitor large‑scale projects across various domains.
- Lead and coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, risks and issues, delivering results on schedule.
- Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
- Ensure compliance with organisational standards and best practices.
Required profile
- 10+ years of proven project management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Fluent in English and bilingual in Spanish.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in complex environments.
