About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Manager to lead our technology talent acquisition efforts across Malaga, Madrid, London and remote locations. The role is entrepreneurial and sales‑driven, offering the chance to shape the growth of a market‑leading tech recruitment firm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle for technology and software professionals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tech start‑ups and established companies relocating to Malaga.
• Leverage the company’s extensive client base to generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to expand operations and market presence.
• Participate in the company’s equity programme for long‑term contributors.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sales orientation.
• Proven experience in technology recruitment, preferably at a senior level.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast‑growing environment.
