Senior Research Consultant – Market Research & Insights

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Research Consultant to join our Research Consulting Team in Spain. You will guide B2B clients through the full market‑research cycle, from methodology selection and questionnaire design to data interpretation and storytelling‑focused presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to define, adapt and analyse market‑research projects.
• Design studies, choose target groups, set sample sizes and create bespoke questionnaires for methods such as usage & attitude, tracking, concept testing, MaxDiff and conjoint.
• Set up fieldwork on the Appinio platform and integrate AI tools across research steps.
• Interpret results, generate actionable recommendations and produce in‑depth reports with clear visualisations.
• Present insights with a strong narrative focus, collaborating closely with sales for project scoping.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the consulting team and product enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of market‑research experience, primarily consulting B2B clients.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative methods, statistics and advanced research techniques.
• Proven ability to design studies, write questionnaires and work with a variety of research methods.
• Experience creating client‑facing reports and delivering actionable insights.
