Senior SAP Project Manager

About the role

Westernacher is seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead complex SAP initiatives across Spain. You will work with multinational clients, guiding them through digital transformation and ensuring that SAP solutions deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP IT projects from initiation to closure, defining scope, schedule, budget and resources.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, critical path analyses and risk‑management strategies.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress and produce regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Drive decision‑making to balance timing, risk, functional requirements and business benefits.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery of SAP Supply Chain Execution and Planning solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex projects with a strong SAP background.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP EWM, TM, Yard, IBP, SAC or S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile project‑management methodologies.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel when project requirements demand it.
