Senior Site Reliability Engineer (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to shape and scale the infrastructure behind a modern AI‑driven platform used by frontline employees worldwide. You will join a collaborative Platform Squad, own critical reliability initiatives, and influence architectural decisions that improve system resilience and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve scalable, high‑availability cloud and Kubernetes environments.
• Define and implement reliability strategies such as zero‑downtime deployments, disaster recovery, and rollback mechanisms.
• Build and maintain observability, monitoring, and telemetry systems.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code and self‑service platform capabilities.
• Lead incident response, conduct blameless post‑mortems, and drive systemic improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on technical roadmaps and architecture standards.
• Mentor teammates through design reviews and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and automation strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in SRE, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
• Proven track record operating and scaling high‑throughput, highly available production systems.
• Deep practical experience with Kubernetes on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of observability concepts (monitoring, SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, logging, distributed tracing).
• Proficiency in Go or Python and solid software‑engineering practices.
• Experience with IaC tools such as Pulumi or Terraform.
