As a Software Engineer within the ML Platform domain, you will work alongside over 350 engineers to design and evolve reliable, scalable systems. You will be at the heart of our technological evolution, building the backbone that powers Machine Learning from experimentation to large-scale production.

Missions principales

• Design, develop, and evolve shared services and infrastructure to support the entire Machine Learning lifecycle.
• Build robust platform tools and shared capabilities for large-scale ML experimentation, training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers to streamline model workflows.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to fellow engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends, ensuring the long-term robustness and scalability of the ML platform.

Profil recherche

• Proven experience in software engineering, specifically within platform or infrastructure domains.
• Strong interest or experience in Machine Learning operations (MLOps) and lifecycle management.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Proactive mindset with a continuous learning approach to emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to provide technical leadership and mentorship.
