Senior Sourcing Manager

About the role

Roche’s Global Diagnostics Procurement (DOP) team is looking for a Senior Sourcing Manager to join its Sant Cugat, Spain hub. You will lead end‑to‑end sourcing projects for diagnostic portfolios, mentor a growing team of Sourcing Managers and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring the supply network delivers life‑saving diagnostics worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Drive global sourcing and contracting excellence, delivering PPV savings, increasing preferred‑supplier share and shortening cycle times.
• Execute standard sourcing processes (RfIs, RfQs, RfPs) and benchmark new‑product introductions in close collaboration with Category and NPI managers.
• Develop, negotiate and review high‑complexity contracts with external suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Manage relationships with internal DOP stakeholders (Category, Delivery) and external partners across the supply network.
• Mentor junior Sourcing Managers and contribute to the Procurement Center of Excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably within diagnostics, medical devices or pharma.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering cost savings and managing complex contracts.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and leadership capabilities.
• Fluent in English; ability to work on‑site in Sant Cugat.
