Senior Stock, Export & Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Stock, Export & Operations Specialist to lead warehouse, store logistics and export activities for a fast‑growing luxury watch and jewellery brand. Based in Palma de Mallorca, you will ensure seamless product flow from receipt to delivery, supporting both national stores and international customers.

Key responsibilities

• Organise all storage areas, including products and packaging.
• Receive, sort, label and catalogue merchandise, entering data into the inventory system.
• Manage national and international shipments, track deliveries and prepare export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, VAT and duties.
• Replenish store stock quickly and accurately.
• Monitor daily inventory levels and support export forecasting.
• Follow internal procedures and audit guidelines.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience in stock and warehouse management, preferably in retail or luxury sectors.
• Proven experience in export management and international logistics.
• Strong organisational, detail‑oriented and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with a team.
• Native Spanish and fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
