Senior Studio Production Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Studio Production Manager to lead the end‑to‑end operations of a large‑scale content production studio in Dubai. The studio supports multiple retail brands across fashion, baby & kids, and home categories, delivering high‑quality photography, retouching and studio output.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day studio operations, managing production schedules, resources and capacity across photography, retouching and studio teams.
• Lead a multidisciplinary studio team, ensuring high standards for infrastructure, equipment and content management systems.
• Manage the full production journey from product intake to final content delivery, meeting turnaround times and SLAs.
• Identify and implement process and cost optimisation opportunities, creating scalable workflows that reduce cost per product.
• Develop and roll out AI‑enabled production workflows, templates and guidelines, partnering with technology teams to integrate generative AI, virtual photography and automated retouching tools.
• Present performance metrics, dashboards and transformation road‑maps to senior stakeholders and build strong cross‑functional relationships.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in studio production management, preferably within multi‑category retail or e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and drive operational excellence.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
