Senior Tax Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Tax Associate to join our fast‑growing Global Compliance & Reporting team in Barcelona. You will work in an English‑speaking, truly international environment, supporting multinational clients across Europe on tax, accounting and compliance matters.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit international tax accounting and reporting in line with local regulations.
• Manage VAT/GST compliance across multiple jurisdictions and coordinate with local teams.
• Support transfer pricing documentation and compliance according to group policies.
• Act as the main point of contact for complex, large‑scale international clients, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Maintain high quality of deliverables, troubleshoot issues and provide practical, client‑oriented solutions.

Required profile

• 3 to 6 years of experience in an international top‑tier consulting firm.
• Proven experience with multi‑jurisdiction tax accounting and international tax compliance.
• Strong understanding of global tax compliance, VAT/GST and transfer pricing.
• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with tax accounting and reporting software (specific tools not listed).
