SEO & Content Manager

About the role

Avantio is looking for an SEO & Content Manager to own and execute its content strategy across the website, funnel and customer lifecycle. This is a first‑level management position focused on growing high‑quality organic traffic and converting demos, while also supporting email, upsell and product marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the end‑to‑end SEO and organic growth strategy.
• Manage the Avantio website and maintain the content calendar.
• Extend content creation beyond the website to email programs, upsell and retention campaigns.
• Coordinate freelance collaborators and oversee localization efforts.
• Collaborate daily with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and the internal SEO team to ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Bilingual English (C1–C2 or native) and fluent Spanish.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to make independent decisions.
• Team player comfortable with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Flexible, resilient and able to thrive in a fast‑moving SaaS environment.

Required skills

• Keyword research using GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush and Clarity.
• Intermediate proficiency with WordPress.
• Experience in email marketing and audience segmentation.
• Comfortable using Salesforce tools and AI‑enhanced workflows.
