SEO & GEO Manager

About the role

Amenitiz is an all-in-one hotel management platform for independent hoteliers, combining PMS, channel manager, booking engine and website builder. Organic search is a key acquisition channel, and the SEO & GEO Manager owns the end-to-end organic search strategy across five locales (EN, FR, IT, ES, PT), with France as the primary growth market. The role focuses on driving new recurring revenue through organic channels.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Content team so that all content is SEO, AEO and AI-search optimised across the five locales, including briefing, review and iteration per locale.
• Own the competitor comparison pages and a 100+ term hospitality glossary, improving each page on copywriting quality, SEO, structured data and AI search visibility.
• Manage technical SEO: hreflang, canonical strategy, JSON-LD structured data (FAQPage, HowTo, BreadcrumbList), Core Web Vitals and crawl health on the Webflow site.
• Own the Answer Engine Optimisation strategy, FAQ architecture, featured snippet capture and People Also Ask coverage.
• Drive visibility in AI-powered search so content is cited and recommended by Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT and Gemini.
• Monitor performance in Google Search Console, GA4 and Semrush and turn data into clear priorities and actions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing, with strong on-page and content SEO knowledge.
• Strong analytical mindset: connects SEO activity to pipeline and revenue, not just traffic.
• Fluent English and strong written communication.

Required skills

• Solid technical SEO foundations: managing hreflang at scale and diagnosing crawl and indexation issues independently.
• Comfortable working in Webflow or a comparable CMS without developer support.
