Service Delivery Specialist

About the role

Flexidao is looking for a full-time Service Delivery Specialist to join its Product and Customer Success team in Barcelona. The role ensures the smooth delivery of services that meet and exceed customer demands, working alongside Product Owners, Customer Success Managers and Software Engineers. The specialist provides high performance for service-related processes and implements improvements where needed.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing projects so they meet agreed customer requirements and product, quality and business targets
• Carry out daily project activities, including software configuration, maintaining project plans and coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Deliver project outputs and comply with contract requirements
• Identify, analyse and address project risks and business outcomes, and share lessons learned
• Set up weekly reporting through regular internal and external meetings, minutes, agreed actions and updates to teams and senior management
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Support other internal tasks such as reporting and internal workshops

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Energy Markets, Engineering, Sustainability or a relevant field
• Knowledge of project management
• Very fluent English
• Nice to have: fluency in other European languages, a master's in renewable energy, knowledge of agile/scrum

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira)
• Strong problem-solving, organisation and communication skills
