Services Upgrades Programme Internship – #Discover II 2026/2027

About the role

Join Airbus for an 11‑month full‑time internship within the Services Upgrades Programme Office in Getafe, Spain. You will combine practical project work with a Master’s programme designed to develop the most in‑demand aerospace skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support project management activities for services upgrades.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Track offers and programmes, and follow up on updates.
• Handle data‑management tasks using Airbus Defence and Space tools and procedures.
• Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary, international team.

Required profile

• Degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• General knowledge of the aerospace industry, Airbus Defence and Space Air Power products, and project management concepts.
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability, and strong teamwork.
• Adaptability to a fast‑changing, complex environment.
