Shop Assistant – Cycling Retail

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Shop Assistant to join our cycling retail store in San Bartolomé De Tirajana. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, providing friendly and professional service while supporting the store’s daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer service, answering inquiries and assisting with purchases.
• Manage bike rental bookings, from reservation to follow‑up.
• Control inventory levels, process stock orders and ensure product availability.
• Restock shelves, arrange displays and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Perform typical store duties such as cash handling, opening and closing procedures.

Required profile

• Team‑oriented professional with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and work under pressure.
• Passion for cycling, both road and mountain.
• Fluent English; additional languages (German, French, etc.) are a plus.
