Showroom & Community Manager – 6‑month contract in Barcelona

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Showroom & Community Manager to launch and run La Redoute’s first B2B showroom in Barcelona. Reporting to the B2B and Brand departments, you will turn a 300 m² office‑showroom space into a vibrant hub for interior‑design professionals and selected B2C audiences during a six‑month fixed‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the showroom, define its visual layout, displays and atmosphere, and ensure it reflects the brand identity.
• Plan and execute a calendar of events such as networking evenings, product launches, themed showcases and pop‑up experiences.
• Host clients, partners and prospects, delivering memorable brand experiences.
• Build and nurture a local community of architects, interior designers, decorators and related trade professionals.
• Develop partnerships with design, hospitality and lifestyle players in Barcelona.
• Create and run marketing actions to drive footfall, including social‑media promotion and local press outreach.
• Generate qualified B2B leads from showroom traffic, follow up on opportunities and collaborate with the B2B sales team.
• Track performance indicators (visits, leads, events, conversion, revenue) and report results.

Required profile

• Degree or background in Marketing, Commerce, Communications, Events or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in events, community management, retail or brand activation.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
