Showroom & Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Showroom & Community Manager to lead the launch and growth of our first B2B showroom in Barcelona. Reporting to the B2B and Brand departments, you will turn a 300 m² office and showroom space into a vibrant destination for interior‑design professionals and curated B2C experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and set up the showroom and terrace, ensuring a welcoming, on‑brand commercial and experiential environment.
• Design and execute a calendar of events, including networking evenings, product launches, and themed showcases.
• Host clients, partners, and prospects, delivering memorable brand experiences.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the space, including layout, displays, atmosphere, and standards.
• Build and activate a local community of architects, interior designers, decorators, and related trade professionals.
• Develop partnerships with key players in Barcelona’s design, hospitality, and lifestyle scenes.
• Design and deliver marketing actions to drive footfall and awareness across social media, local press, and influencers.
• Organise pop‑ups and appointment‑based experiences for B2C customers.
• Convert showroom traffic, events, and community relationships into qualified B2B leads and oversee the commercial relationship through to sale.
• Track performance metrics (visits, leads, events, conversion, revenue) and report regularly.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in events, community building, marketing, commerce or a related field.
• Strong ability to manage projects from concept to execution.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with B2B and B2C audiences.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
