SOC Integrator & UseCase Factory Specialist

About the role

Airbus Helicopters (Albacete, Spain) is hiring a Cyber Security - SOC Integrator & UseCase Factory Specialist for its Digital Campus, a centre of excellence in industrial digitalization and innovation. You will join the Digital Security - Defence Team and build the cybersecurity solutions that protect the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize log forwarding pipelines, data parsing and SIEM infrastructure to ensure full visibility across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Design, build, test and tune high-fidelity SOC detection rules and automated playbooks to reduce false positives and improve incident detection.
• Provide technical support to SOC analysts in their daily operational workflows.
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the SOC strategy, aligning technical integrations with business and security needs.
• Integrate and use AI technologies to meet the fast-changing transformation in cybersecurity.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience with deep knowledge of SOC tools, SIEM/XDR/EPP architecture, log management and detection engineering platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field; a Master's in Cybersecurity is preferred.
• Professional fluency in English, written and spoken, for international teams.
• Ability to turn complex technical problems into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, collaboration and willingness to learn.
• Eligibility for a security clearance or the ability to obtain one; the position is managed transnationally.
