Social Media & Content Coordinator

About the role

As a Social Media & Content Coordinator at Las Rozas Village, you will shape the quality, consistency and impact of all content shared across our social platforms. Working closely with the Content Manager and Content Director Spain, you will support daily marketing initiatives and develop integrated social media content that reflects the brand’s unique voice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for TikTok, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
• Create and maintain a tone‑of‑voice strategy for text, image and video content.
• Monitor KPIs, produce regular performance reports and track third‑party publications, trends and UGC.
• Collaborate with influencer marketing specialists, digital paid‑media teams and external agencies.
• Support campaign productions, fashion shoots and product hunting.
• Produce ad‑hoc social content such as Instagram Stories, Reels, photos and videos.
• Assist other departments with their content needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a consumer‑focused environment, preferably retail‑marketing, fashion, lifestyle or destination marketing.
• Strong editorial and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work with minimal supervision.
• Experience creating original, responsive digital content.
• Comfortable in fast‑paced environments and able to handle crisis situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands‑on experience with TikTok, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
• Knowledge of KPI monitoring and reporting tools.
• Content creation tools for photos, videos and graphics.
