Social Media & Content Coordinator

About the role

Olala! is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Coordinator to join its Marketing team in Barcelona. The role combines hospitality knowledge with digital storytelling, giving you ownership of content execution across multiple hotel and lifestyle brands. You will work in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment, balancing creativity with strong execution skills.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok and Facebook accounts for several properties, planning, scheduling and publishing posts, stories, reels and short‑form videos.
• Maintain content calendars, monitor trends and viral formats, and produce performance reports with KPIs.
• Update websites, landing pages and OTA platforms with new campaigns, offers and promotions, ensuring brand consistency.
• Write and adapt copy for social media, newsletters, blogs and promotional materials.
• Support paid and organic digital campaigns and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch seasonal marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience in social media, content or digital marketing.
• Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, travel or lifestyle brands.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands or accounts simultaneously.
