Social Media Coordinator

About the role

FARMASIFARMASI, a global beauty and wellness brand, is expanding across Europe and seeks a creative Social Media Coordinator to join its Madrid team. The role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, responsible for producing daily social‑first content that brings the brand to life on Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish daily short‑form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Carousels) using iPhone photography and videography.
• Capture lifestyle and product moments during photoshoots and events, generating behind‑the‑scenes material for TikTok and Reels.
• Stay on top of trends and translate them quickly into brand‑relevant content.
• Leverage AI tools for ideation, scripting, captions and visual enhancements to accelerate production.
• Coordinate and schedule content across European social channels (Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, Germany) and manage content calendars.
• Track performance metrics, optimise assets based on engagement and reach, and collaborate with the global director of social media.
• Travel as needed to support influencer trips and brand activations.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience creating social media content, preferably in a fast‑growing, consumer‑facing brand.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and short‑form video trends.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional European languages a plus.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for graphic design.
• Experience using iPhone for photo and video production.
• Familiarity with AI content‑creation tools (image, video, copy).
• Editing skills with in‑app tools or platforms such as CapCut or Instagram Edits.
