Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Part‑time, 2‑3 days/week)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager & Content Creator to work with us on a part‑time freelance basis (2‑3 days per week). The role supports our Barcelona and Amsterdam teams while offering full remote flexibility, ideal for freelancers handling multiple clients who want creative freedom and collaborative projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms using Buffer.
• Design graphics and carousel posts in Canva.
• Edit short‑form videos with CapCut or similar tools.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social trends, viral formats and contribute new content ideas.
• Support community management and audience engagement.
• Track performance and report analytics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in social media management or content creation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Native‑level English proficiency.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and short‑form video formats.
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently.

• Buffer (social media scheduling).
