Social Media Manager

About the role

As the Social Media Manager for AIRE, you will be the voice and visual soul of the brand across all digital channels. You will craft compelling content that reflects AIRE’s luxury‑wellness ethos, deepen community connections, and translate sensory experiences into stories that resonate globally.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the annual social media strategy in line with brand objectives and ensure alignment with all campaigns and activations.
• Plan, coordinate and publish content across all platforms, creating copy that matches AIRE’s tone, positioning and aesthetic.
• Manage community interactions – DMs, comments and conversations – to strengthen engagement and brand loyalty.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking, monitor industry trends and analyse channel performance to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, creators and external partners, coordinating workflows across markets.
• Develop and close B2B sales opportunities for AIRE experiences throughout European markets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
• Background in premium, luxury, hospitality, wellness, lifestyle or experiential brands is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Business or Digital Media.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

• Strong aesthetic sensitivity and understanding of luxury‑wellness branding.
• Highly organised with solid project‑management abilities.
• Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking.
