Social Media Manager – Organic Channels

About the role

We are seeking a creative, hands‑on Social Media Manager to own our organic social presence from strategy to execution. You will develop and implement content plans across B2B and B2C channels, driving engagement and measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute an organic social media strategy for all relevant platforms.
• Produce monthly content calendars with distinct B2B and BC streams.
• Create, shoot, edit and publish short‑form video and static assets.
• Manage daily publishing, ensuring consistent brand voice.
• Lead community management, responding to comments and messages.
• Identify and brief influencer and creator partnerships.
• Grow LinkedIn presence, including employee advocacy and executive personal branding.
• Monitor and report performance metrics such as reach, follower growth, website traffic and B2B pipeline indicators.
• Continuously test and optimise content based on platform trends and algorithm updates.
• Collaborate with the Junior Designer to produce high‑quality creative assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing organic social media for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to link content to business results.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with executives.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across marketing teams.
