Social Media Specialist

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a creative, proactive and organized Community Manager to join its Marketing & Growth team. This is a hybrid role combining hands-on content creation with social media strategy, growing and engaging online communities. The position is based in Madrid.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, film and edit social-first content according to the content calendar
• Write engaging, on-brand copy for all social channels
• Brainstorm and pitch content ideas with internal teams and coordinate with partners
• Create content guidelines, playbooks and best practices
• Research competitors and trends, propose content formats and support the strategy
• Monitor content performance with internal tools and report KPIs and campaign results
• Track feedback and online reviews and work with Customer Support
• Build relationships with the audience, partners, influencers and industry professionals

Required profile

• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken); French, Portuguese or Italian is a plus
• Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 3-5 years of experience in social media or community management
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to define and track community KPIs

Required skills

• Canva and CapCut, especially for short-form video editing
• Community KPI tracking and social media reporting
