Software Engineer – AI Execution Layer

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to build the AI execution layer that powers our purpose‑built AI agents for product marketing, sales enablement and revenue teams. You will work closely with the founders and the technical team in Barcelona, shaping the architecture and delivering features that automate go‑to‑market workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship full‑stack features for the AI execution platform.
• Collaborate on the evolution of our retrieval layer and vector‑store implementation.
• Integrate with external tools such as Gong, Salesforce, HubSpot and Slack.
• Write robust data models, debug complex failures and ensure production reliability.
• Contribute to infrastructure decisions across AWS services, CI/CD pipelines and monitoring.

Required profile

• Strong judgment and ability to solve ambiguous problems in a fast‑moving early‑stage environment.
• Experience building scalable software used by many users.
• Comfort with end‑to‑end ownership from design to production.

• €40 k–€55 k base salary plus equity.
