S&OP Manager – Madrid

About the role

We are looking for a motivated S&OP Manager to lead the Sales & Operations Planning process for our Iberia market. You will work closely with demand planners, sales, finance and brand teams to translate data insights into actionable plans that drive business success across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end S&OP process, coordinating inputs and delivering recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare and manage documentation for the monthly Demand Review.
• Facilitate the Demand Review meeting and ensure timely communication of decisions.
• Partner with Demand Planners to produce accurate sell‑in and consumer sales forecasts for Iberia.
• Challenge sales forecasts for promotions, bundles and launches, integrating demand‑planning expertise.
• Integrate top‑down regional assumptions with market‑specific inputs to build a robust demand plan.
• Collaborate with finance, trade marketing and operations to align the demand plan with inventory, order and customer‑service objectives.
