Spanish-speaking Podcast Producer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Podcast Producer fluent in English and Spanish to lead a new weekly podcast series about the fast‑growing sport of padel. The role is based in Madrid (or surrounding areas) and involves close collaboration with a London‑based editing team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, script, and produce weekly podcast episodes focused on padel.
• Coordinate remote recording sessions and oversee post‑production workflows.
• Manage content calendars to ensure timely releases.
• Collaborate with editors in London to maintain audio quality and brand consistency.

Required profile

• Full fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven experience producing weekly podcasts, preferably sports‑related.
• Strong knowledge of padel or a keen interest in the sport.
• Ability to start immediately and work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with Riverside or similar remote recording platforms.
• Script‑writing for audio content.
• Basic understanding of audio editing and post‑production processes.
