About the role

A temporary agency position is available for Standard, Performance & Improvement within Airbus Operations in Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz. The role covers project flow and governance, planning and execution, stakeholder coordination, risk and change management, and the deployment of continuous improvement and digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Control the entry, pipeline execution and closure of projects in the plant/function, ensuring strict adherence to the LBIP+ procedure and Airbus processes.
• Develop detailed project plans from macro-level objectives, track progress, manage changes in scope and schedule, and ensure technical feasibility and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties and suppliers, and organize follow-up meetings with stakeholders or represent the Project Leader by delegation.
• Perform risk analysis, clarify requirements to third parties and support daily project management.
• Prepare, present and archive project documentation for full visibility to Airbus stakeholders.
• Drive and support local continuous improvement projects to optimize processes and plant efficiency.
• Support digital transformation by helping teams onboard and train on new digital products and capabilities.
• Facilitate the rollout and customization of local and central initiatives.

Required profile

• Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to work with internal teams, managers and external stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude with strong analytical, organizational and risk management capabilities in a dynamic manufacturing/plant environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Project or similar scheduling tools for workflow tracking and task management.
• Familiarity with Skywise for data analysis and operational dashboards, and knowledge of the Airbus governance framework (LBIP+).
• Familiarity with GenAI tools and automation applied to project management.
• Proficiency in G-Suite/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for executive reporting and KPI tracking.
