Store Manager – Barcelona (English required)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Store Manager to lead its Barcelona flagship store. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for daily operations, team performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve profit and loss targets by driving sales and implementing profit‑maximising actions.
• Motivate, mentor and manage the store team to ensure high‑quality customer service.
• Control costs, manage stock, payroll, administration and staff rotas.
• Monitor KPIs, generate reports and communicate action plans to the District Manager.
• Analyse commercial data and take corrective actions to meet performance goals.
• Conduct team trainings, share product knowledge and recruit high‑calibre staff.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Proven experience managing retail teams and developing talent.
• Track record of meeting KPIs and controlling costs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good understanding of HR policies and store‑level administrative duties.
