Store Manager – Hospitality & Food Service

About the role

El Gordito is seeking a full‑time Store Manager to lead its all‑day cantina and coffee concept in Madrid. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality service.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimise waste.
• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Implement operational strategies that improve efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and address guest feedback promptly.

Required profile

• Proven track record in customer service and satisfaction.
• Experience in store management, including inventory oversight and team leadership.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and staff.
• Knowledge of best practices for people and store management.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while remaining professional.
• Prior experience in hospitality or food & beverage.
• Fluency in Spanish and English preferred.
