Store Manager – Luxury Watch Boutique

About the role

We are launching a new Tissot boutique in Madrid and need a dynamic Store Manager to lead the team from day one. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional in‑store experience that reflects the brand’s heritage and innovation while driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and oversee daily store operations with a hands‑on, people‑first approach.
• Develop and execute strategies, events, and partnerships to meet sales targets and increase foot traffic.
• Maintain a consistent, high‑quality in‑store experience aligned with Tissot brand standards.
• Make strategic decisions that improve overall store performance.
• Prioritize, plan, delegate, and manage administrative tasks while adapting to evolving business needs.
• Optimize inventory efficiency and enforce strong cash‑control and loss‑prevention practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a retail sales manager with a focus on boosting sales and delivering refined customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, results‑oriented, and strong attention to detail.
• Experience in the watch or jewelry sector is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to boutique needs and availability for shift work.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
